Solar panel sunroof swap

I just found a car in my local junkyard that has the Solar Panel sunroof. Does anyone know what exactly i need to pull in order to have this fully functional option in my car?

I already pulled the switch and the fans, and after looking at the bits of the fsm i saw that i need to grab a control module that sits behind the rear seat. Do i need to grab wiring too? Or were all cars wired for the option and just didn't get the components?

I ask because I pulled up the switch panel on my car and the plug for the system is actually there.

there are number of looms through out the car, some will have all required connections, others wont :(

have a look at the HD manual, may cover it.

other then that, all i can advise is to have a look at the junker and compare to yours, its tedious but the only sure fire way as there are few issues:
* the looms could differ from year to year
* the looms could differ based on options that the care came with (other than the roof, that is)

So I continued to try and put the solar panel into my HD. Here are the parts I've found are necessary. This is from the electrical diagrams.

1-Solar panel roof (obviously)
2-Solar Vent Switch in between the seat warmer switches.
3-Fans - In the trunk on the left and right sides bolted to the white vents under carpeting.
4 - Solar Amplifier - bolted to the plate behind the rear seat in between the turn signal amp, next to the ABS computer. (They're all labeled)
5 - AMB SW - (Mazda part#: HG32-61-9AX) that's how its described in the electrical diagrams. Its bolted to the white vent where the Drivers side fan is, but its screwed in from the other side (behind the bumper). From the inside it looks like its the plug for the rear parking lights, but if you look on the other side there isn't one there. This is the big issue as Mazda discontinued this sensor. So far as I can tell this is a thermal sensor that is normally open and when it hits a certain temp it closes, allowing the fans to turn on.
I was able to find this unit similar looking to the factory, however i dont know how close it is in the temp range. I chose to get the 35 Degree Celsius unit as it will close at 35deg(95degF) but wont shut off untill it reaches 28degC(82degF) So i think it will work ok.

I'll continue to keep you guys updated as I continue to figure out how to wire everything.
