this is one is one of the main of my things to do.

will be using twin fans that is 100%, now the switch i am not sure (don't want to use then in hose probe things)

here is a switch that i have found to be ok and a wiring diagram that i thing would work well

also the switch, where would it go? i am thinking doing an hose pipe that will have mounting for the sensor, would it go top hose or bottom (considering that our system is upside down)

any feedback guys:

the sensor of choice is SAAB 9000 unit (original comes with two earths) the unit is simple and easily accessible after market. plus to me has a good temp range.

dont they sell coolant hose pieces that you can sandwich in between 2 hoses, and screw in the switch.

a couple of suggestions

weld a bung/nut onto the thermostat cover
or there could be space for it on the bottom of the radiator.

the f2 carb has a sensor screwed into the bottom of the rad, and on my egis the holes are just blocked with a bolt.
