hello from a new 929 owner in melbourne

Post by saifq » Thu May 12, 2011 8:48 am

hey all, just bought a used 929 Sentia in Melbourne Australia and now wanting some tips to do some work on it. I want to get rid of the audio unit both at the front and the back. The front 2 Din unit doesnt show any screw openings, can anybody guide me as to how to open this unit? and also the unit at the back?

thanks in advance

Welcome :D

so it is genuine Jap import? these are rare, well done :)

i am not 100% on the HEs, but from memory the front panel held in by a few screws from the bottom and then gently pried off.

with the rear... not sure i have seen one of those before so no help there at all :(

hi, sorry its a HD actually. haha. my bad. but am loving it. it had 140k in the meter when i bought it, going for regestration next week and then a full service the day after.

i would need help from fellow mazda holics and sentia owners on a lot of stuff, so bear with me. here are some pics of the ride at the current state.
